Data obtained from the reading multiple tests. The researcher found that the result of the students‘ mean score in pre-test supported it was 63 and it was improved to be 83 in post-test. Learning to read with this strategy keeps students active and focus on what they are reading. They pay more attention to the teacher’s explanations and groups discussions in the teaching and learning process. Teachers and students can collaborate in applying the Listen-Read-Discuss strategy. Moreover, the results of statistical analysis using SPSS 26 showed that the value obtained is 0.00. When compared with the alpha value, the result is 0.00 < 0.05 so that it can be concluded that there is a significant effect on changes in reading comprehension Pre-test and Post-test. This naming will focus on two names of ghost types, both from Indonesia and Japan. The research method used in this research is the qualitative research method (Mahsun, 2014). The process of data collection is done by the technique of record and by recording the lexicon (a form of language) of the names of ghosts and where the ghost appears. The second technique is literature study by reading and reviewing references to the name and place of the appearance of the ghost. Data were analyzed by using meaning approach based on cultural concept (Riley, 2008). The sociocultural concept refers to the interaction between social and cultural factors in shaping identity, behavior, and the development of individuals and society as a whole. This concept has its roots in the understanding that the social and cultural environment has a significant impact on how humans think, behave, and develop. The results of the analysis show that these ghostly naming convictions still hold strong traditions and mystical beliefs of the past. The name and place of ghosts are adjusted to the way the ghost died. Several names of these ghosts are associated with many real life stories. Children are an inseparable part of both human and nation and state survival. Children need to get the widest possible opportunity to grow and develop optimally both physically, mentally and socially. The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia has regulated and guaranteed the welfare of each of its citizens, including the protection of children's rights which are Human Rights as stated in Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. The law states that every child has the right to survival, growth and development as well as protection from violence as well as discrimination as mandated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Referring to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection Article 1 Paragraph (1), a child is someone who is not yet eighteen years old, included in the womb. Criminal supervision for children is a special punishment imposed on children, namely supervision carried out by the public prosecutor over the child's behavior in daily life at the child's home and providing guidance carried out by social counselors. The purpose of scanning expressly says that punishment is not just to retaliate or repay people who have committed a crime but has certain useful purposes and retaliation is only a means to protect the interests of society. Restorative Justice is a victim-centered reaction to crime that allows victims, perpetrators, families and communities to pay attention to losses due to criminal acts. Restitution emphasizes the restoration of material or physical and psychological losses to victims of child crime. In imposing criminal offenses on children, it is necessary to emphasize the conditions for criminal supervision in the application of restorative justice so that juvenile crimes that cause loss and suffering to victims can apply fair and good child protection without having to deprive the child of independence.
Nurul Halimah, Arista Candra Irawati Copyright (c) 2023 The Virtual International Conference on Economics, Law and Humanities https://callforpaper.unw.ac.id/index.php/ICOELH/article/view/487 Mon, 11 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Defamation: An Analytical Review https://callforpaper.unw.ac.id/index.php/ICOELH/article/view/490
Defamation acts are generally contained in the Criminal Code, specifically in Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions ( ITE Law).
