Abstract

The "Project Wellness: Physically and Mentally Healthy Together" program successfully introduced 8th-grade students at SMPN 3 Ungaran to a holistic approach to health, blending physical nutrition with mental resilience through Japanese cultural philosophies. By integrating concepts such as Shokuiku, Ikigai, Kaizen, and disciplined time management, the initiative provided students with practical tools to navigate the challenges of adolescence.
