Asuhan Kebidanan Komperhensif pada Ny. D Usia 22 Tahun G1P0A0 dengan Usia Kehamilan 38 Minggu

Abstract

Masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, neonatus merupakan suatu keadaan fisiologis yang kemungkinan mengancam jiwa ibu, bayi bahkan menyebabkan kematian. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan menerapkan model asuhan kebidanan komperhensif yang dapat mengoptimalkan deteksi dini resiko tinggi maternal neonatal. Tujuan penelitian melakukan analisis pelaksanaan asuhan kebidanan ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas, BBL dan KB. Metode penelitian observasional deskriptif ana;itik. Pendekatan studi kasus pada pelaksanaan asuhan kebidanan meliputi asuhan kehamilan, persalinan, bayi baru lahir, nifas dan keluarga berencana (KB). Sample adalah seorang ibu hamil trimester III usia kehamilan 38 minggu, G1P0A0. Waktu penelitian Agustus 2023 – September  2023 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mekarsari Balikpapan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan metode dokumentasi SOAP dengan pola pikir manajemen varney. Tehnik pengumpulan menggunakan data primer melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, buku KIA. Hasil asuhan didapatkan Ny. D G1P0A0 usia kehamilan 38 minggu. Persalinan berlangsung secara normal dan mendapatkan terapi antibiotik dan asam mefenamat. Masa nifas berlangsung normal, tidak ada perdarahan, kontraksi uterus baik, lochea rubra, luka perenium grade 2, ibu mendapatkan vitamin A. Pada bayi baru lahir hasil pemeriksaan antropometri normal, SHK negative dan OEA lulus. Ny. D memutuskan untuk menggunakan KB suntik 3 bulan.

One effort that can be made is implementing a comprehensive midwifery care model that can optimize early detection of high maternal and neonatal risk. The aim of the research was to analyze the implementation of midwifery care for pregnant women, maternity, postpartum, BBL and family planning. Analytical descriptive observational research method. The case study approach to the implementation of midwifery care includes care for pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family planning (KB). The sample is a pregnant woman in the third trimester, 38 weeks gestation, G1P0A0. Research time is August 2022 – September 2022 in the working area of the Mekarsari Balikpapan Health Center. The research instrument uses the SOAP documentation method with a Varney management mindset. Collection techniques use primary data through interviews, observations, physical examinations, KIA books. The results of the care obtained by Mrs. D G1P0A0 38 weeks gestation. The birth took place normally and received antibiotic therapy and mefenamic acid. The postpartum period was normal, there was no bleeding, good uterine contractions, lochea rubra, grade 2 perennial wounds, the mother received vitamin A. In the newborn the results of the anthropometric examination were normal, SHK was negative and OEA passed. Mrs. D decided to use 3-month injectable birth control
