Literatur Review Keefektivitasan Metode Kolostrum Terhadap Lama Pelepasan Tali Pusat

Infection is one of the important causes of high morbidity and mortality rates in newborns throughout the world. The emergence of infection in the umbilical cord due to actions or care that do not meet hygiene requirements. Cord infections can be avoided with proper cord care. Umbilical cord care using colostrum is a new method of umbilical cord care. The length of time for shedding the remaining umbilical cord can be accelerated using the colostrum method. Literature Review This review aims to determine the effectiveness of the colostrum method on the length of umbilical cord removal. The method used is a literature review, sources include computerized database system search studies (Pubmed, The Corhrain Collaboration, Elsevier, Google Scholar). The questions used to conduct journal reviews are adapted to PICO analysis. So there are 5 journals used. Umbilical cord care using colostrum is effective at a faster time of umbilical cord release, because there is a significant difference in the average value between the umbilical cord care group using colostrum and the umbilical cord care group using dry gauze. Colostrum treatment is umbilical cord care using a thick, yellowish liquid that comes out before breast milk matures, or breast milk that comes out on days 1 to 3 after birth.
Abstrak
Infeksi merupakan salah satu penyebab penting tingginya angka kesakitan dan kematian bayi baru lahir di seluruh dunia. Timbulnya infeksi pada tali pusat dikarena tindakan atau perawatan yang tidak memenuhi syarat kebersihan. Infeksi talipusat dapat dihindari dengan perawatan talipusat yang benar. Perawatan tali pusat menggunakan kolostrum merupakan metode baru dalam perawatan talipusat. Lamanya waktu dalam pelepasan sisa talipusat ini dapat dipercepat dalam menggunakan metode kolostrum. Kajian Literatur Review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektivitasan metode kolostrum terhadap lama pelepasan tali pusat. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literartur, sumber meliputi studi pencarian sistem database terkomputerisasi (Pubmed, The Corhrain Collaboration, Elsevier, Google Scholar). Pertanyaan yang digunakan untuk melakukan review jurnal yaitu disesuaikan dengan Analisis PICO. Sehingga jurnal yang digunakan berjumlah 5 Jurnal. Perawatan tali pusat dengan menggunakan kolostrum efektif lebih cepat waktu lepasnya tali pusat, karena ada perbedaan yang signifikan nilai rata-rata antara kelompok perawatan tali pusat menggunakan kolostrum dengan kelompok perawatan tali pusat menggunakan kasa kering. Perawatan kolostrum adalah perawatan tali pusat dengan menggunakan cairan kental berwarna kekuningan yang keluar sebelum ASI matur, atau ASI yang keluar pada hari ke 1 sampai hari ke 3 paska lahir.
