Literature Review: Faktor- Faktor yang Memengaruhi Pelaksanaan Inisiasi Menyusui Dini
Abstract
Early initiation of breastfeeding is giving breast milk to baby new born in time first hour after birth. IMD Alone called as decider success of exclusive breastfeeding. Initiation Early Breastfeeding provides a number of benefit among them give a number of protection to infection for baby Because content rich in colostrum antibodies, contact skin to skin guard baby from hypothermia, as well reduce risk postpartum hemorrhage due to stimulation suction baby which stimulates the mother's uterus For contracting. Although Lots benefit which obtained from implementation of this IMD but scope its implementation Still low, the IMD rate globally is only (42%) of all over baby baby born. Many factors are related with IMD among them practice culture, presence antenatal care, way childbirth, and also the number influencing parity implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation. The purpose of study This is For review available evidence about effectiveness from IMD as well choose the right strategy For support success its implementation. Method study which used is literature review, where The research taken is study which published in 2019- 2024. Search study related with The effectiveness of IMD and various factors that influence it. IMD has Lots researched increasen success exclusive and partial breastfeeding influence decline number death baby caused hypothermia There is several factors influence The implementation of IMD includes methods childbirth, level knowledge Mother about IMD, attendance no antenatal care yet equally.
Abstrak
Inisiasi Menyusu Dini adalah pemberian ASI kepada bayi baru lahir dalam waktu satu jam pertama setelah kelahiran. IMD itu sendiri disebut sebagai penentu keberhasilan ASI Ekslusif. Inisiasi Menyusu Dini memberikan beberapa manfaat diantaranya memberikan beberapa perlindungan terhadap infeksi bagi bayi karena kandungan kolostrum yang kaya akan antibody, kontak kulit ke kulit menjaga bayi dari hipotermi, serta mengurangi resiko perdarahan postpartum karena stimulasi hisapan bayi yang merangsang Rahim ibu untuk berkontraksi. Walaupun banyak manfaat yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan IMD ini tapi cakupan pelaksanaannya masih rendah, tingkat IMD secara global hanya (42%) dari seluruh bayi bayi lahir. Banyak faktor yang berhubungan dengan IMD diantaranya praktik budaya, kehadiran layanan antenatal, cara persalinan, dan juga jumlah paritas yang memengaruhi pelaksanaan Inisiasi Menyusu Dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meninjau bukti yang tersedia mengenai efektifitas dari IMD serta memilih strategi yang tepat untuk mendukung keberhasilan pelaksanaanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literatur review, penelitian yang diambil merupakan penelitian yang dipublikasikan pada Tahun 2019–2024. Pencarian penelitian terkait dengan Faktor- fakto yang mempengaruhi Pelaksanaan IMD. IMD telah banyak diteliti meningkatkan keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusif dan turut memengaruhi penurunan angka kematian bayi yang disebabkan hipotermi. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaan IMD antara lain cara persalinan, tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang IMD, kehadiran layanan antenatal yang belum merata.
