Abstract

Bullying is a form of violence that frequently occurs in schools, communities, and the digital world. These acts are generally intentional and repeated, exploiting the power imbalance between the perpetrator and the victim. This article discusses the definition of bullying, its forms, causal factors, and the resulting physical and psychological impacts. Furthermore, it highlights the important role of families, schools, and communities in preventing and addressing bullying through educational approaches and psychological support. The discussion demonstrates that bullying is a complex phenomenon that requires collaboration between various parties to create a safe, inclusive, and violence-free environment. By understanding its characteristics and impacts, it is hoped that the community can be more responsive and play an active role in minimizing bullying.
