Psychological Well Being and Satisfaction of Insurance Employees

This study aims to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and the psychological well-being of insurance employees. This study hypothesizes that there is a positive relationship between psychological well-being and job satisfaction for insurance employees. The research subjects in this study amounted to 47 people, due to the limited number of research subjects, a population study was carried out. This study is a quantitative study, and data collection was carried out using a psychological well-being scale and a job satisfaction scale. The data obtained were analyzed using the Pearson product-moment correlation technique. Based on the results of data analysis between job satisfaction variables and psychological well-being, the R XY value was 0.780 (p<0.01). Thus, the proposed hypothesis is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between job satisfaction and psychological well-being.
